NutriChem offers a wide variety of services, including prescription compounding, retail shopping, naturopathic medicine, customized vitamins, IV vitamin therapy, acupuncture, medical cannabis consultations, and more! You can find more information on our clinic services page.
Available for purchase in store and online, NutriChem sells our own brand of professional grade vitamins; we also carry hundreds of other professional vitamins, as well as personal care and pantry/grocery staples.
**November 19, 2024: All Canadian orders are currently being shipped via the most economical courier during the Canada Post labour disruption. All shipping outside of Canada has been temporarily suspended for the duration of the strike. Once the labour disruption concludes, we will ship all U.S. and International orders that have been placed during this period. We apologize for the inconvenience. NutriChem offers free local delivery on all compounded prescriptions, prescriptions from naturopathic doctors, and retail orders that are over $99.00 before tax/after discounts. Orders that do not qualify for free delivery will be charged a fee of $10.00.
To determine if you qualify for local delivery, you can provide your delivery address to one of our staff members who would be happy to assist you.
For those outside the Ottawa area, we offer free Canada Post shipping within Canada for orders over $120.00, otherwise there is a charge depending on your location. Orders shipping to Ontario and Quebec will be charged $14.99, and orders shipping to other Canadian provinces/territories will be charged $16.99. Additional fees apply for prescriptions that require signature upon arrival. For shipments to the USA, we offer free shipping with a minimum $200 purchase, otherwise a flat rate of $19.99 is applied. International shipment fees vary depending on the weight and destination, and the rates are calculated at the online checkout.
Yes, we do! When placing an online order, select the “pick up in store” upon checkout. Once you are contacted that your order is ready, you can request a curbside pickup. Alternatively, you can place your order over the phone with one of our front store staff and request curbside pickup.

Compounded prescriptions that total over $120.00 ship with Canada Post for free, otherwise there is a $17.99 fee to ship to Ontario/Quebec, or a $19.99 fee to ship to other provinces/territories. We also have courier shipping available, the fee will vary depending on the size of the parcel and the destination.

We will send you an automated phone message once your prescription is ready for pickup. If you are having a prescription shipped to you, we will provide you with tracking information by email.
NutriChem’s dispensing fee is $17.99.
We do not currently offer direct billing. All compounded prescriptions must be pre-paid in full. You will then be provided with an official receipt to submit to your insurance provider.
Yes, we can safely dispose of your expired medications!
