Points are earned on retail product purchases and custom vitamin formulas. However, please note: due to pharmacy and naturopathic regulations, clinic services (such as blood work, testing, injections, etc) and prescription medication are exempt from earning any loyalty rewards, and points cannot be redeemed on prescription medication or clinic services or appointments.
We have implemented a tier system for our customers, based on total points earned. One year after the initial registration period, there will be a 6 month grace period in which you will either earn enough points to maintain or increase your tier level, otherwise your tier will be reset to Silver status.
You have a 6-month purchase grace period from the previous 12 months to stay within, move up, or move down your current points tier.
If you are a current customer collecting loyalty points, all your points will be automatically transferred over into our new rewards program. You must have an email on file for your points to be moved over to the new system. If you did not previously have an email on your old account, please provide one to us, and we will move your points over to the new system manually. An email address is required in order to be part of the points program, but you can opt out of receiving emails at any time.
There are a few ways that you can see your points! You will be granted a login and password by email to access your NutriChem Loyalty Rewards dashboard in the Kangaroo Rewards App, where you will see any current offers and points that may be used on your next in-store or online purchase. You can download the Kangaroo Rewards App on your smartphone through the App Store. However, downloading the App is not required to be part of our rewards program.
On our online store, there is a pop-up widget on the bottom of the screen where you can log in with your online store account to see your points and redeem your offers.
With our new unified points system, your rewards can be used both online and in-store.
Our NutriChem Loyalty Reward points cannot be used for clinic services or appointments.
No, your points do not expire.
