Your clinician will ensure that each ingredient is safe and does not interact with any medications.
Custom vitamin packs include a multitude of individual supplements to provide general support, however, they are limited in terms of dosing, formatting, and potential additives due to mass manufacturing.
Nutrichem offers a completely customized compounded vitamin which undergoes a rigorous development process, safety check, and provides patients with ongoing support.
Nutrichem products contain the highest-quality ingredients to maximize absorption and digestibility. In addition, Nutrichem does not use any synthetic additives or fillers in our custom vitamins and is proud to provide clean and allergen-friendly products.
There are two ways to begin the custom vitamin process:

We require a prescription from your doctor to proceed with the custom vitamin process. Your practitioner can be your regular family doctor or another practitioner like a Naturopathic doctor. Please visit Our Clinic Team page to view practitioner biographies, explore available services, and book your consultation. If you are located outside of Canada, we recommend working with one of our Clinical Pharmacists.
During your initial consultation, your practitioner will review your medical history, current health status, wellness goals, medications, supplements, and any relevant test results.
Based on this assessment, you will receive a personalized treatment plan. This plan will include a recommendation for a custom vitamin formula, which may contain a combination of vitamins, minerals, herbs, amino acids, or proteins.
After your custom vitamin formula has been finalized, you will receive an email from customvitamins@nutrichem.com with step-by-step instructions.
This will include a copy of your ingredient list, estimated daily dose, storage recommendations, and ordering options.
Your custom vitamin should be taken two (2) times daily with food for increased absorbability.
Your daily dose is conveniently printed on your custom vitamin bag.
Your custom vitamins can remain at room temperature for day-to-day use or travel purposes then store remaining contents in a cool dry place, such as the freezer, for optimal preservation. Prolonged exposure to environmental factors such as humidity and condensation may alter the appearance and efficacy of your custom vitamin.
The storage instructions are conveniently printed on your custom vitamin bag.
To reorder your custom vitamins, simply complete our Custom Vitamin Reorder Form. Alternatively, scan the QR Code on your vitamin bag to be instantly directed to the form.
